STATUS:CONFIRMED
DESCRIPTION:Holland’s longest running annual demoscene event offers DJs a
nd live acts\, competitions for all platforms\, great dinner and beds at l
ocation\, free breakfast\, tea and coffee\, live coding sessions and crapt
astic prize giving ceremonies.\n\nOutline 2027 is a demo party\, an event
which takes place over the course of several days. It is a place where peo
ple compete and celebrate the creative use of computers. If this is your f
irst encounter with Outline or demo parties in general\, you would do well
to read up on the matter on Wikipedia.\n\nOutline started in 2004 as a pa
rty organised by and for the Atari demo scene to coincide with Breakpoint
(one of the largest demo scene events held annually in Germany). Word got
out and the unique atmosphere started attracting people from other platfor
ms. Today\, Outline remains an Atari party at heart but welcomes all platf
orms to mingle\, agree and disagree.\n\nAlthough customarily organised in
rural settings\, in 2027 Outline will take place in downtown The Hague dur
ing it's traditional Ascension day weekend timeframe. We are aware that th
is change of setting will introduce several challenges as well as opportun
ities\, although the latter outweigh the former\, at least in our minds. W
e are looking forward to welcoming you from May 6th until May 9th of 2027
 in our new venue!
